I don't give it zero stars because it won't let me. Customer treatment could not be less professional, dishonest and cold. I have gone 4 times to resolve a matter for which, depending on who assists me, they give me one information or another. I have found the place closed several mornings, another one they literally kicked me out because there were 5 minutes left to close. I don't know how they make any effort to retain clients, and they give you information about what happens if you unsubscribe, unsubscribe, etc... a real disaster of attention and treatment. My entire family has moved to Adeslas because they will not deal with these people again, who, by the way, did not solve my problem. According to them it could not be done and when I wrote to the central office it was resolved.
